Vaughan is a lifelong fitness enthusiast and martial artist whose passion for health turned into a mission after a life-changing cancer diagnosis at 60. Despite years of peak fitness, the diagnosis came as a shock—but Vaughan faced it like a warrior. Through research, mindset work, rigorous cardio, and an alkaline diet, he overcame the odds and beat cancer. Now in his 70s and thriving, Vaughan is the heart behind Vested Fitness, combining real-life grit, trusted science, and decades of lived experience to help others—especially sedentary adults—reclaim their health with simple, empowering steps. His mission? To show it’s never too late to transform.​

Chris Anastasios will be consulting on all client and program reviews at Vested Fitness. He’ll take a sharp lens to exercise routines, form, progression, and rehab needs to make sure every plan is safe, smart, and tailored to the individual’s health status. From your injury history to long-term goals, Chris measures it all. Whether you’re dealing with post-surgery stiffness, chronic pain, obesity, or building strength for sport—he’ll translate the science into realistic steps that deliver results and confidence.
